Symphony Glass Splashback Samples Folder
Client: Symphony Group Plc
Symphony is the UK's largest, privately owned manufacturer of fitted kitchen, fitted bedroom and fitted bathroom furniture with a turnover exceeding £180 million and over 1300 employees.
Symphony discovered Inchpunch Design through a mutual client, Royston Glass, after seeing the marketing material we had produced for them. Impressed with our design skills, Symphony asked us to produce a presentation folder that could securely house and showcase a selection of glass samples from their kitchen splashback range.
The main remit of the brief (apart from the folder being fully functional / practical) was to ensure the design had a stylish and modern look that would reflect Symphony's contemporary kitchen range. To set the tone we created a front cover illustration featuring an urban London cityscape blending into an über chic Symphony kitchen, complete with black glass splashback. The minimalist approach to the inner sections allows the glass samples to really shine.

The folder is a rigid "paper over board" construction with gloss laminated outer covers for additional protection. The folder opens out to display three sections with the glass samples securely hot glued into position. The front flap contains 3 hidden magnets keeping the folder firmly closed.
When fully open the folder can also double up as an eye catching, free standing point of sale unit.
